Danfoss Headquarters welcomes a variety of visits throughout the year and commits to a state-of-the-art visitor experience showcasing our solutions in action. The headquarters presents a series of application centers, smart factories, and historical sites, all contributing to conveying the Danfoss story. In this role, you will be hosting visits from customers, universities, political organizations, and VIP personas while ensuring they are presented with a relevant and engaging story.
As a Visitor Experience Host, you will be the face of Danfoss for both internal and external guests, ensuring they gain insight into Danfoss’ relevance and potential. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences, and a natural interest in technology, legacy, and branding.
This position is based in Nordborg, where you will be an integral part of Danfoss' visitor experience landscape.
**Job Responsibilities**
As a Visitor Experience Host, you will:
+ Plan and conduct guided tours in Nordborg, ensuring guests receive an engaging and relevant experience.
+ Coordinate and plan major visits and events, including conferences, corporate gatherings, and employee events.
+ Deliver a captivating and passionate DNA tour, capturing the Danfoss legacy, values and foundation.
+ Drive and develop concept tours and contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of our visitor experience.
+ Communicate Danfoss’ legacy, values, technologies, and solutions in an inspiring and audience-tailored manner.
+ Be part of a team of branding professionals who activate the Danfoss brand across various platforms.
+ Coordinate and plan communication activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
**Background & Skills**
To be successful in this role, you should be a convincing presenter on stage, have a technical understanding, and be very service minded. You excel at communicating complex topics in an engaging way and can navigate a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
We imagine that you have:
+ A technical background and preferably experience with Danfoss’ products and solutions.
+ Strong and inspiring communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences.
+ The ability to immerse yourself in complex topics and transform them into compelling narratives.
+ Experience in coordination, planning, and structure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ A strong service mindset, ensuring smooth planning and execution of visits and events.
+ Cultural awareness and the ability to navigate cultural differences with ease.
+ Knowledge of event planning or related fields.
+ Interest and knowledge in history and cultural perspectives that have shaped Danfoss over time.
+ Fluency in English and Danish is required, and proficiency in German or other languages will be considered an advantage.
