Become a Tour Guide and Take Visitors on a Journey Through the Skies!
 
Are you passionate about aerospace? Do you have a flair for storytelling and a love for engaging with people? We’re looking for enthusiastic, dynamic, and customer-focused individuals to bring the wonders of aviation and aerospace innovation to life as part of our Visitor Relations team at a world-class aerospace attraction. As a Tour Guide, you’ll play a key role in shaping how visitors experience one of the most iconic aerospace companies in the world.

What You'll Do:
As a Tour Guide at our state-of-the-art aerospace facility, you'll be the face of our brand, providing an unforgettable experience to thousands of visitors each year. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Delivering Impactful Tours: Lead groups of up to 52 people through our cutting-edge Everett Factory, and present educational content in our 26,000-square-foot Gallery, showcasing aerospace innovations and STEM learning.

Engaging Visitors: Share fascinating insights about our company products and aviation history. You'll be the guide to an incredible learning experience, from robotics and drone experiences to interactive exhibits.

Building Relationships: Act as a resource for visitors, answering questions, facilitating ticketing, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the facility.

Creating Memorable Experiences: With enthusiasm and professionalism, deliver high-energy tours and presentations that leave guests with lasting memories and a greater appreciation for the aerospace industry.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in customer service or any role requiring communication, public speaking, or teaching

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and captivate an audience

Reliability: A track record of being punctual and dependable

Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and adjust to varying hours as needed

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 20 pounds as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience giving public tours or in roles that involve public speaking

Tech-savvy: Comfortable with event technology and ticketing systems

Familiarity with aerospace is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools or similar software

Educational background in STEM or aerospace-related fields is a bonus

Pay Details: $21.81 to $27.25 per hour

Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
