Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Design and produce visual content for digital and print media, including graphics, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials.Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos to support marketing campaigns, internal communications, and event coverage.Utilize multimedia tools to create dynamic visual content.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategic visual content that supports promotional campaigns, program growth, and organizational goals.Craft concise and engaging headlines, captions, taglines, and short-form copy when needed for graphics, social media posts, email campaigns, and multimedia projects such as videos and presentations.Ensure consistency of visual content with brand guidelines and messaging across all platforms and materials.Review and revise visual content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards.Research emerging design trends and participate in ongoing professional development to stay informed about new developments in visual communications and design.Attend and engage in Turnstone events and community activities as needed to support organizational objectives and foster positive relationships.
