About the Role 

In collaboration with Global and U.S. teams, this role manages the development of retail signage assets for Global stores. Working closely with Brand creative teams, you’ll create concepts, produce assets, and maintain design consistency to ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, this position partners with U.S. Visual Merchandising, store teams, and franchise partners to define and implement visual strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive sales, and deliver outstanding in-store experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities 

Create signage assets, for all Global markets – furniture hangtags, large format seasonal signage + promotional signage.  Manage proofing process of new signage packets to capture market specific needs Organize and maintain signage and visual style guide archive systems Work closely with Merchant team to understand product launches and create marketing assets to support Review new floorsets with Visual Manager- provide feedback to in-country VM leads on mapping, pairing and photo submissions Create and maintain annual VM calendars Manage signage and display budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to support the implementation of visual merchandising programs, ensuring execution to budget and strong vendor management. Create and execute annual Global VM calendars, delivering on-time retail activities.  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Operations, Store Design, Ecommerce and Creative to ensure alignment and integration of visual initiatives with broader business strategies. Participate in new hire onboarding Develop and implement training programs and resources to educate store teams on visual merchandising best practices and empower them to deliver exceptional in-store experiences. Drive accountability of execution through strong partnership with in-country teams.

Criteria

MAC proficiency Demonstrable ability across Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign and Photoshop + Illustrator Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment Strong understanding of retail operations, consumer behavior, and market trends. A strong multi-tasker who is good at juggling multiple projects with varying deadlines Cross functional collaboration experience. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across business units, promoting knowledge sharing and driving efficiencies through teamwork. Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and a passion for innovation. Ability to write and speak effectively Organized, efficient and detail-oriented

The expected starting pay range for this position is $23.85 - $26.83 hourly. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
