This is a hands-on role where you’ll create visually stunning, user-focused designs for our digital platforms. The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Visual Designer, your responsibilities will include:
Execute top-quality visual design work for a digital platform. Manage all design aspects of a project from start to finish.Understand and respond to customer insights and performance data to steer the direction of your creativeCreate on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirementsUnderstand user experience best practices for web and mobile interactionsManage multiple requests from various internal teams on projects of varying length and complexity. Monitor workflows with tools such as Jira, Monday.com.Maintain and evolve our visual design language to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all platformsCollaborate with the video team to produce visually compelling designs and multimedia content, incorporating video editing, basic 2D animation, and motion graphics to elevate brand storytellingProficiency in video editing software and animation tools to create polished marketing materials, including promotional videos, social media assets, and engaging visual narrativesFind ways to improve workflows, leveraging automation tools and even AIPresent and defend visual design solutions to senior stakeholders.Stay connected to the larger UX team by sharing and applying knowledgeSupport teammates by sharing design tips, trends, and techniques to elevate the whole team’s work.Drive efficiency and scale through process improvement and/or automationWhat you need to succeed:

Prior experience in a similar position preferably in an e-commerce environment or in an advertising/creative agency.5+ years of experience as a visual designer in a digital environmentBachelor’s degree in design or equivalent professional experienceExpert proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) Stays connected to visual design and technology trends, quality benchmarking tools, and AI, shares knowledge with teamExpert design foundations in color and typography, accessible interaction, creation and use of libraries, image treatment, icons and other visual elementsStrong stakeholder management with the ability to gather and clarify business requirements, turning them into exceptional customer-focused world-class designsUnderstanding of information architecture, usability, accessibility, UI and UX designStrong organizational skills and acute attention to detailEnglish speaker with good written, verbal, and presentation abilitiesNice-to-Have Expertise:
