Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Provide excellent & differentiated tech support to customersLeading technical support on various home appliances productsResolving customer problems; identifying trends & weak points and contacting relevant teamsReview & analyse products quality issues and provide technical adviceMeet and exceed department’s targets & KPIsStrategic approach to improve customer service experienceAnalyzing service and customer service dataWorking closely and in synchronization with various internal and external interfaces.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience in technical support service roles.Technical knowledge and orientationHigh analytical skills- experience in analysing complex dataCreativity and problem-solving skillsAbility to understand and manage complex processes.Ability to work cooperatively in a team and as an individual.Excellent PowerPoint and Excel control (graphs, PIVOT, VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, etc.)English- High level.
