Provide excellent & differentiated tech support to customersLeading technical support on various home appliances productsResolving customer problems; identifying trends & weak points and contacting relevant teamsReview & analyse products quality issues and provide technical adviceMeet and exceed department’s targets & KPIsStrategic approach to improve customer service experienceAnalyzing service and customer service dataWorking closely and in synchronization with various internal and external interfaces.Skills and Qualifications
