VISUAL INFORMATION SPECIALIST
Summary You will serve as a VISUAL INFORMATION SPECIALIST at the U.S. Naval Academy of NAVAL ACADEMY. Responsibilities You will provide professional graphic arts instruction to the US Naval Academy faculty, staff, and midshipmen and producing graphic art products. You will work with cutting edge computer presentation software. You will be familiar with peripheral hardware such as: scanners, digitizers, large color printers, etc. You will be responsible for the collection, production and quality assurance of all posters produced in the Graphics technology Lab. You will work under deadlines effectively expediting products and services through necessary stages of review and approval. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing graphic design services such as: producing posters, logos, flyer and presentations. Providing professional graphic arts instruction to faculty, staff, and students in an academic environment.
