Eli Lilly Italia is looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Visual Inspection Engineer Intern. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience with vision systems in a dynamic and innovative production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Analysis of flows and activities in the sampling department
Definition of possible improvements in the sampling department using Lean Six Sigma tools
Creation of libraries for the excipients in use
Definition of new roles and responsibilities for the activity
Support in drafting and executing protocols and related validation activities
Liaison with the external supplier for qualification activities
Modification and drafting of new procedures
Planning of operational activities
Supporting and strengthening the HSE culture
Supporting and strengthening, in close collaboration with the QA Associate, the Quality approach in the department, ensuring that activities are carried out and documented in accordance with procedures
Supporting departmental training activities
Culture of continuous improvement
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Automation, Robotics, Biomedical ecc.), Mathematics or a related field
Excellent knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
Passion for innovation and proficiency with digital tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of vision systems will be considered a plus
