Summary/Objective: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing eye-catching displays and layouts that enhance the in-store customer experience, drive sales, and align with our brand identity for our RV, Automotive and Marine segments. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of design, an understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to maximize store aesthetics and product visibility. Create engaging displays, layouts, and signage that promote key products, seasonal themes, and marketing campaigns. Ability to design planograms for products to optimize shelf space Ensure displays are aligned with the brand's image and meet company guidelines. Collaborate with dealers, store managers and marketing teams to implement merchandising plans that drive foot traffic and sales. Analyze customer behavior and sales data to refine merchandising techniques and improve store performance. Gather and analyze campaign results and create reports to show what worked and what was less effective for different markets and audiences. Analyze data to track effectiveness and identify new opportunities or strategies Work with individual stores and store chains to develop and implement promotional in-store campaigns to drive sales. This may involve coordinating discounts, sales events, new banners/signs/displays and collaborating with sales/marketing to drive awareness/traffic to sales events. Plan and execute product displays to attract customer attention and maximize sales. This includes the creation and roll-out of planograms & creating of eye-catching visual displays/ Other Key Responsibilities Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure accurate box measurements, input data into the system, and verify product fit and placement on shelves. Manage display inventory and forecasting with sales/customer feedback. Manage digital planning technology (GoPlano) to ensure all retail items are loaded and maintained. Help facilitate planogram lifts of competitive products by owning and maintaining a product equivalent spreadsheet in partnership with sales and product management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in visual Merchandising, Marketing, Design, or a related field. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time salary position. Travel: You will be required to travel to different locations / dealerships to setup displays on a regular cadence. Travel will be around 30%. Preferred Education and Experience: Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a related creative role. Strong understanding of visual design principles, color theory, and space planning. Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio Proficiency in design tools or software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of retail trends and customer preferences in desired markets Flexibility to travel to different store locations is required.
