Purpose:

Ensures that all stores visually reflect the brand’s value in defined standards and that consumer demand is influenced accordingly—trains and guides the sales team to VM adidas Global standards are in place.

 

The role seamlessly integrates office-based responsibilities with fieldwork, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of the position. This combination allows for a dynamic approach to the job, balancing administrative tasks with on-the-ground activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensures that stores comply with visual standards Trains and guides related store personnel in visual retailing Ongoing professional reporting to the VM Planning manager to align with the visual standards

 

Additional Responsibilities:

Responsible for VM Excellence execution in respective doors Full responsibility for all related VM store equipment Internal ongoing VM Reporting according to demand Store & Sale Point Zoning to maximize sales Remodeling & Store Opening Processes Monitoring Sales Data Planning VM Strategy Changes in alignment with the VM Planning manager Creating and delivering Training Programs to the teams Managing a monthly store visit calendar in alignment with the Line manager and VM planning manager Daily VM reporting to the relevant stakeholder's Line manager and VM planning manager Implementing ongoing VM guidelines (e.g. monthly campaigns/ layout changes etc.) according to global standards Ongoing support for the store teams related to VM/ In-store VM requests Supporting the Sell-in opening twice a year (in the showrooms) – for a week approx. Supporting new store opening & renovation with all channels– according to demand Field VM & Office Responsibilities

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Makes use of information on current stores, store plans, window specifications and graphical display areas in business plans. Provide regular training to store personnel about adidas visual standards. Evaluates the store’s visual performances at regular intervals. Creates systems to encourage personnel in this matter. Keeps track of necessary store supplies such as VM items Follows store’s maintenance, repairs and renewal needs. Resolves these needs through related parties. Evaluate new visual requests of retail sales specialists Follows new and different visual applications in the sector and brings those that are in line with adidas standards into discussion. Visits stores regularly and makes sure that visual display standards are at the highest level. Makes sure that products that need to catch attention due to campaigns or season are displayed in defined standards and properly. Before new store openings, work with the related line manager about the plan and make sure that store display and equipment locations fit requirements. Coordinates during store openings.

 

Requisite Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or  equivalent professional experience Minimum of 3 years of dedicated VM experience Good numeracy, literacy, verbal and written communication skills Proven skills in MS Office programs Fluency in English is a plus Geographical mobility
