The Visual Merchandise Coordinator will support the Marketing team by designing and maintaining impactful, visually appealing store layouts and displays that align with brand standards and enhance the customer experience. Reporting directly to the Visual Merchandising Manager, this role collaborates with the marketing, merchandise, a store teams to execute seasonal plans, promotions, and ensuring optimal use of space and visual storytelling to drive sales. What you’ll do? IT’S Exciting! + Assist in the evaluation of in-store visual merchandising execution, implementing techniques to enhance the product presentation and floor sets. + Support the creation and execution of floor sets in collaboration with the visual team. + Photograph, edit, and contribute content to visual directives and updates for store teams. + Coordinate and manage the product samples during the merchandise planning process. + Serve as a point of contact for stores, providing guidance on visual merchandising execution and troubleshooting as needed. + Assis in the development of store-specific presentations and flexing merchandise concepts in partnership with leadership. + Distribute visual merchandising documents and communications in coordination with the Operations Team. + Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to enhance visual presentation and implement plans to drive results. + Maintain the visual standards guide and assist in ensuring stores adhere to these guidelines. + Provide support for visual projects, such as photo archiving, survey collection, and floor mapping. + Manage the accurate distribution of signage and visual materials to stores. + Perform occasional store visits to review and support visual merchandising initiatives. + Partner with cross-functional teams, including Merchandise, Planning and Operations to ensure consistent brand presentation. + Perform other administrative tasks as assigned. What you need to join the fun (besides SUGAR): + 1-2 years of visual merchandising experience or a related retail role. + Associate’s degree in in Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred. + In-store retail experience is an advantage. + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite. + Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with the ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks. + Excellent organization skills with a strong attention to detail. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and cross-functional environment.
