JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Visual Merchandising Coordinator is the leader for the Retail In Store Communication/Space Management of all EMEA Retail Brands, including Grand Vision Brands and all Retail Brands that might be integrated in the future -- about 5.000+ retail stores.
The Visual Merchandising Coordinator for EMEA Retail Brands will lead the centralization of the Region through the revision and building of processes, while assessing the local team structure in order to put in place the best and most efficient organization in alignment with Corporate flows and processes.
They will be responsible for the deployment and execution of all the Visual Merchandising activities ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency by leveraging a deep knowledge of Retail and by building strong relationships with retail leadership. The Coordinator of Visual Merchandising represents the point of contact for the collection of Visual Merchandising local needs, allowing the corporate In Store Communication and Space Management departments to develop the proper Strategies, tools, graphics and guidelines for each store cluster, and coordinates the processes to give the executional instructions to the stores.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
Works with the local teams to assess current processes and develop the most effective and consistent approach embedding Corporate direction and guidelines. Collaborates with Corporate and Local teams to help define the best and most effective VM strategy across Regions. Plans and monitors the main VM activities in the markets / focus on implementing the VM strategy within the stores. Facilitates and influences the VM Budget planning in accordance with Corporate guidelines. Develops a Regional VM Budget dashboard with the aim to improve the monitoring of the major VM expenses. Develops an excellent knowledge of the markets and their needs with the aim to ensure a proper execution at a store level, in line with the Corporate guidelines. Supports the local teams in identifying priorities, manage workload and balance local and Corporate inputs. Develops strong relationships across the Retail Brands, other Shared Services, and Corporate COE’s. Drives flexible and reactive behaviors within the team and processes to manage urgent business needs and requests. Facilitates the NRR local process to guarantee the respect of VM principles and guidelines. Guarantees the time to market of all visual campaigns’ development as per Marketing Calendar. Ensures the accuracy of the Store Masterdata for all Fixtures, Props and visual tools in store. Shares best practices.

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
Educational Background in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Architecture At least 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising Strong problem-solving skills Experience leading teams in a large organization Strong ability to collaborate and influence Strong understanding of marketing principles and execution Strong analytical, strategic and critical thinking skills Financial acumen in budgeting and P&L impact Change agent Strong Project management skills Experience operating in a complex global organization Communication; good experience in project presentations and interpersonal relationship Solid Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
