As the Visual Merchandiser Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation of a clear and coherent customer journey throughout the stores by respecting all COS standards and guidelines. In this role you support a team of Visual Merchandisers within your responsible stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Offering customers an excellent direct customer service by establishing extensive knowledge around trends, products, and styling across the Store Team
Secure excellent indirect customer service by delivering an impactful store experience and clear customer journey
Analysing selling information and service results, taking responsibility for the visual direction of the store to maximise sales performance
Leading and motivating a team of Visual Merchandiser to achieve excellent visual standard of your responsible stores
Conduct visual changes collaborating with store management team and define the customer journey when needed
Identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression
Setting the visual merchandising standard for your responsible stores and training the team to understand the COS collection, story of key products and inspiration background
Communicate with Area Visual and provide feedback to the Area Team and Store Management Team regularly

What You Need to Succeed:
Knowledge
Understanding of the latest trends, fashion and silhouettes
Experience working with visual-merchandising guidelines, including window display and mannequin styling
Knowledge of operational routines in-store
Experience taking informed VM actions based on commercial KPIs and sales data
Able to communicate in English
Experience leading a team or supervising others is an advantage
Motivation
You have a strong interest in fashion, VM strategy and trends
You should be motivated by elevating customer experience in-store through visual outputs and direct customer service

Proven track record of delivering high standards of VM that is both commercial and inspirational
Experience managing store VM activations including window and mannequin changes, promotional setups and season-start layouts
Success in collaborating with other managers/colleagues to achieve store goals
