The Visual Merchandising Specialist will be responsible for the development, execution and maintenance of retail merchandising tactics across brands and sales channels. In close partnership with Account Managers and Marketing Managers, this position will work to develop, drive and scale new concepts/retail expansions/optimizations. We are looking for a driven person who loves retail and has a deep understanding of how to deliver an inspiring customer experience.

You'll enjoy this position if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing and prioritizing concurrent projects.  The ideal candidate must be strategic, act tactically and be a strong collaborator, working seamlessly across functions.  

This position reports to the Pella, IA corporate office.  A hybrid schedule includes working at home 1-2 days a week, and in the office at a minimum Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
