Key job responsibilities
- Drive a visual system that brings brand consistency, polish, and familiarity to Amazon customer service experiences.
- Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into design.
- Produce flows, wireframes, design prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interactions.
- Be a key contributor to customer service human interface guidelines.
- Create detailed design specifications for engineering partners.
