Role accountabilities:

Master engineering software tools for visualization, such as Adobe Creative Suite, 3dsmax, V-Ray, Autodesk, ForestPack, RailClone, Lumion, TwinMotion, Unreal Engine, Omniverse, ShotGrid, and other relevant applications. Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of engineering software and hardware for visualization purposes. Troubleshoot issues related to software functionality, data connectivity, and other visualization challenges. Assist users in understanding the features and capabilities of visualization tools. Collaborate with the team to address software bugs or system glitches affecting visualization tools. Create documentation that facilitates knowledge transfer and future reference. Dispatching, management, and coordinating with the Global Engineering Platform team to ensure appropriate resolution and customer satisfaction. Handling Customer Technical support cases, prioritizing and assigning calls to relevant Teams. Monitoring the SLA for Teams and checking for updates from Team members/responses on the status of Tickets Initiating Change Request for Viz Applications & Create/update Knowledge Based Articles Performing analyses on Viz software application functionality, maintaining updated lists, and suggesting improvements Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure users have exceptional and seamless experience, troubleshooting platform issues. Testing Applications prior to rollout & upgrade of packages.  Advise, educate and support the Business on the best ways to leverage technology. Support Azure services Scripting support – MaxScript, Python, PowerPlatform

Qualifications & Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree in engineering / computer science or equivalent training and experience in the IT / AEC Industry. 3 years of experience in relevant engineering software tools  such as but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, 3dsmax, V-Ray, Autodesk, ForestPack, RailClone, Lumion, TwinMotion, Unreal Engine, Omniverse, ShotGrid for visualization. 3 years of previous experience in providing technical support, particularly in the context of visualization tools & Apps. Knowledge in MaxScript, Python, PowerPlatform Analytical mindset and ability to creatively address engineering visualization challenges. Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a global team environment. Strong ability to remain patient, listen and empathize with customer questions and software issues. Ability and eagerness to meet new objectives and learn new skills. Ability to independently solve problems and accomplish tasks logically, organized, and time-efficiently when given high-level tasks or objectives.
