Until now, VPCs have primarily been a reactive group, helping individuals register who have reached out to John Hancock. Our opportunity as a team and for this role is to change to a proactive model, that will require us to reach out to firms and clients to help them register for their vitality accounts and inform them of their benefits. This role will have a large opportunity to contribute to our companies mission of driving vitality registrations and engagement. This role will provide you the flexibility to work on a dynamic team that will offer lots of opportunity to grow the team and your career.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide expert customer service to both clients and agents.
Work with both firms and clients to register, and deliver, personalized one-on-one vitality support.
Proactively identify policies sold with assumed vitality status of silver or better but insured has not registered and help them register.
Help identify trends or issues you are running into with the registration process to help the organization provide updates.
Inform and present the benefits of the clients participating in the vitality program.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
An in-depth understanding of the John Hancock vitality program

HybridSalary range is expected to be between

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
