• Lead Visteon Japan to execute and deliver financial commitment.
• Manage the department to deliver timely and accurate reports for both internal & external disclosure purpose.
• Lead the company to keep internal control and SOX in good compliance.
• Have a track record of being part of an organization, which places emphasis on cost reduction and optimization, as well as cashflow.
• Act as a strategic functional partner, taking a proactive stance, in leading discussions, challenging status quo, and ensuring fiscal accountability, transparency, and performance throughout the company.
• Be an integral member of the core leadership to identify, review and strategic partnerships to support corporate growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
1. Financial analysis related:
1) Establish and execute business plan & annual budget,
2) Manage financial analysis & reporting processes, including monthly profit forecast, and other financial metrics.
3) Lead profit improvement actions in the company
4) Conduct financial analysis for operations incl. pricing, facility and tooling spending, cost saving, etc.
2. Accounting related :
Manage operations of
(a) internal & external reporting process
(b) corporate tax matters
(c) accounts payables,
(d) accounts receivables
(e) fixed assets
(f) treasury matters.
3. Lead the company to keep internal control and SOX in place.
4. Other specific: Handle legal matters.

Required skills
• Expertise of accounting & tax to lead an organization properly in changing environment
• Experience as controller or equivalent who leads organizations in challenging environment
• Experience of working in the international environment
• Communication skill in both Japanese and English
• Finance/Manufacturing related ERP experience

Education: Bachelor or above.
