In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing impact assessments to ensure they are accurate and complete, identifying potential risks, and recommending mitigation strategies. You will handle escalations by promptly assessing the situation and determining the necessary actions to resolve issues efficiently. Implementing changes based on impact assessments and escalations is a key part of your duties, ensuring all changes are well-documented and communicated effectively. Clear and consistent communication with stakeholders is essential, as you will provide regular updates and status reports. Additionally, you will manage user queries, offering support and guidance as needed. Regularly scanning relevant sources for updates and integrating new information into existing processes will be part of your routine. You will also monitor and manage cloud configuration changes to ensure they are optimized and secure. Finally, you will continuously update and refine procedures and standards to align with best practices, ensuring all documentation is current and accessible.
