What is the opportunity?
Receives, investigates, and responds to all customer inquiries and complaints regarding banking products and services; processes basic bank service transactions. Applies experience and complete working knowledge of the job and policies/practices to perform a combination of routine tasks and varied administrative/operational assignments.
What will you do?
Assists clients with client transaction fulfillment.
Responds to client inquiries regarding bank products and services via phone or emaill; obtains and analyzes the validity of a customer's requests/complaints.
Resolves complaints from clients pertaining to banking services and provides follow-up calls when necessary.
Keeps records of all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, actions taken, etc., as well as banking service transactions performed.

Must have:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills and ability to prioritize activities to ensure timelines are metProficient in Microsoft suite of applications, intermediate to advanced excelNice-to-have:
Knowledge of RBC Accounts Payable processingEnterprise General Ledger (GL) Attestation policy, and Accounting policySome knowledge of all Regulatory and Compliance rules, Internal Audit reviewsUniversity or college degree in accounting, finance, business preferredWhat’s in it for you?
