Collectively, we are committed to a simple management approach, which influences our company culture and our management style. **Brief Description:** Provide ordering and delivery service to JIT (Just in Time) customer’s production lines, provide maintenance support on hardware items used for ordering and interact with customer Purchasing associates. **Job Responsibilities:** + Review customer bins on production lines for required inventory. + Place orders using handheld scanners, CMI systems, scale hardware, RFID, Vending Machines and ordering software. + Assist the warehouse in preparing orders for specific customers or specific customer needs. + Deliver products to production lines. + Add/remove bins and products from customer production lines. + Provide housekeeping services to customer production lines. + Obtain Purchase Orders where applicable. + Replace scanning labels as needed. + Report information back to assigned Sales Reps and/or program Managers. + Adhere to both CBN and customer Health, Safety and Environmental policies. + Maintain company vehicles and equipment. + Run and review and modify open customer order report. + Consult with customer line supervisors and purchasing dept. + Report and resolve supply issues with Purchasing. + Participate in quarterly MBR sessions with CBN and customer reps. + Communicate quality issues with engineering and Quality Depts. + Obtain information and or samples from customer for quoting or engineer change purposes. **Key Competencies:** + Customer Service + Results focused. + Communication Skills + Decision Making + Working as part of a team + Problem solving + Mathematical Skills + Ability to use computer programs. + Attention to detail. + Ability to estimate. + Positive attitude + Professional appearance + Fastener knowledge a plus + Experience with VMI,JIT, RFID., Vending Machines, CMI systems a plus + Clean driving record **Benefits:** + 401(k) + 401(k) matching + Dental insurance + Flexible spending account + Health insurance + Life insurance + Paid time off + Vision insurance
