Job Description

1.技术引领：

Lead electronic VMM (multi actuator, e.g., brake, suspension, steering) development in terms of system and component design requirement (e.g., Power on/off control, boost mode switch, diagnosis, ADAS related function, safety measure)Responsible for the development of VMM system architecture and the formulation of related interface (including the signal on CAN Bus and internal signal)Responsible for the development of breaking control algorithm and test case definition on SiL&HiLOptimize software architecture to be compatible with Autosar and non-Autosar environment.Responsible for function debugging, bench/vehicle problem handling and calibration support.

2.技术前瞻布局：

跟踪ISO 26262、SOTIF等安全标准演进，规划功能安全技术路线研究线控转向/制动领域前沿技术，探索预研项目落地路径AI技术应用

3.客户价值维度：

深度理解客户场景需求，将客户技术指标转化为可执行开发方案建立客户需求快速响应机制，确保项目交付质量与时效性定期开展客户技术交流，主导需求变更的可行性评估与方案迭代

4.团队能力建设：

制定团队技术能力发展路线图，设计分层培训体系建立跨部门知识共享机制，推动关键技术经验沉淀培养核心技术人员梯队，提升团队技术创新能力
