Job Description

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa’s network clients, including both financial services and merchants. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients.

VCA Managed Services (VMS) is an augmentation of Visa’s consultancy offering, supporting the execution and implementation of recommendations to help scale competitive advantage and operate to succeed in the digital age.

We are looking for a VMS Consulting Analyst with experience in project management and a background in payments or financial services to form an integral part of our VMS team, supporting multiple payments work streams within key Visa clients in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands. What is expected of you, day to day:

Working closely with both client and Visa personnel, the VMS Consulting Analyst will support ensuring the delivered project outcomes are aligned against both the clients and Visa’s objectives across all aspects of delivery. This will include:

Client Engagement: Support the delivery of client engagements in the cards and payments spaceProject Coordination: Work with key business collaborators and assist in project management activities including tracking deliverables, meeting deadlines and ensuring quality standardsResearch & Analysis: Produce insights, analyses and recommendations to improve client performance, boost growth, drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic direction towards client priorities across verticals and segmentsReport & Presentation Development: Prepare high quality reports and presentations on various topicsTeamplay & Collaboration: Liaises with Visa team members and parties where appropriate to boost teamwork and knowledge sharingThought Leadership - Contribute to Thought Leadership content, including whitepapers, presentations or webinars to enhance the team’s presence and visibility

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
