This is a long term, consulting opportunity for an experienced VMware Administrator or Engineer to work on various projects as well as the support of VMware for a well-established enterprise organization. Other duties will focus on installation, configuration, tuning and troubleshooting of VMware vSphere enterprise environment. The ideal candidate would also have strong knowledge and experience supporting Active Directory and Azure IAAS. Required Skills:

5+ years of experience with VMware administration and engineeringMust have experience with direct management of VMware virtualization platform comprised of VMware vSphere infrastructure including support, maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting and build experienceMust have experience with VMware vSphere 4.x and 5.x (including vCenter, Update Manager, Converter, VCB, View, and Site Recovery Manager products)Experience supporting Azure IAASWorking knowledge of troubleshooting issues on ESXi 4.x/5.x is requiredExperience using command line toolsMust have a good comfort level with Powershell (PowerCLI) and/or Perl (vSphereCLI) scripting environments for automation and configuration managementExperience opening and managing support requests with VMware requiredMust have strong verbal and written communication skills

Desired Skills:
