Description and Requirements Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex VMware and Nutanix issuesPerform advanced VM and storage configuration tasksDesign and implement VMware and Nutanix solutions to meet business requirementsParticipate in capacity planning and performance tuning activitiesMentor and guide L1 administratorsCollaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operationsAdhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and meet service delivery objectivesEffective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience

Strong understanding of VMware vSphere and Nutanix architecture and componentsAdvanced knowledge of virtual machine administration, ESXi host configuration, and Nutanix storage conceptsExperience with vCenter Server, vSphere Distributed Switch, vSphere Storage DRS, Nutanix Prism Central, and Nutanix AOSProficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issuesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team  Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications
