Description and Requirements Architect and design complex VMware vSphere environmentsImplement advanced virtualization solutions, including vSphere, vSAN, and NSX-TTroubleshoot and resolve critical issues in large-scale VMware environmentsPerform capacity planning and performance optimizationProvide technical leadership and guidance to L1 and L2 engineersCollaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of VMware solutionsStay up-to-date with the latest VMware technologies and industry best practicesArchitect and design complex server and storage infrastructure solutionsImplement advanced server and storage technologies, including virtualization, SAN, and NASTroubleshoot and resolve critical server and storage issuesPerform capacity planning and optimization for server and storage infrastructureAdhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and meet service delivery objectivesEffective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience

Deep understanding of VMware vSphere architecture and componentsAdvanced knowledge of vCenter Server, vSphere Distributed Switch, and vSphere Storage DRSExperience with vSAN and NSX-TStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team  Attention to detail and ability to multitask  Strong leadership and mentoring skills
