As a Vocational Specialist, you'll be the bridge between job seekers with disabilities and businesses seeking talented employees. Your work will transform lives, strengthen businesses, and create a more inclusive community in the LA West side, Pasadena, Glendale, and Alhambra areas.

Guide job seekers through a discovery process to identify their strengths and ideal work conditionsDevelop customized job search strategies with detailed timelinesBuild confidence and create buy-in with job seekersSupport clients throughout the interview and onboarding processSeek out community opportunities and forge meaningful business relationshipsUse your business acumen to understand employers' needs and challengesAdvocate for individuals, our services, and inclusive employment practices
