We're seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a commitment to client success.
As a Vocational Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting clients during skill development, career planning, and employment retention. You'll provide on-site and off-site training, conduct instructional activities related to soft skills, work skills, and independent living skills. Your responsibilities will include locating competitive job sites, contacting employers, conducting job site analyses, and completing necessary reports and paperwork.

High school diploma or equivalent certificate requiredAssociate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferredFluent in ASL requiredExperience in rehabilitation, employment services, case management, or social services preferredAdditional Qualifications:
