Education/qualifications:

Science or Engineering background Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline is required Will be graduated in 2026(Is a Must) Good communication skills, excellent logical analysis skills Fluent in English, Japanese are required for some positions

 

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

 

Solution Support Engineer:

 

Analyze and resolve customer Incidents by means of knowledge databases (SAP Notes service, solved incidents and documentation) and verification of software customizing entries and hardware parameters. Analyze and resolve customer Incidents by means of knowledge databases (SAP Notes service, solve dentation) and verification of software customizing entries and hardware parameters.​ Report errors and identify possible resolution to development support​ Provide consulting for customers on procedural issues and queries​ Provide Mission Critical Support on weekend and evening shift as scheduled​ Share knowledge within a global team​ Create content for and maintain the technical knowledge databases​ Create check tools and workarounds for customers’ issues Create supportability and analysis tools

 

Development Consultant:

 

Quick learning of development programs and development process.​ Quick learning of function module of S/4 HANA and other SAP products.​ Quick learning of HANA platform. ​ Perform ABAP WRICEF development work in the project.​ Perform coding , testing, documentation, go live maintenance activities.​ Handle end to end project delivery independently.​ Perform analysis of any new requirements/change requests to the solution from a techno-functional standpoint.​ Understand the function specifications and work for technical specifications.​ Curiosity and fast learning of new technical components and concepts.​ Strong verbal and written communication skills ​ Ability to interact with teams in other geographical locations. Work closely with other customer development team members. SAP development teams , external partners , customer teams to ensure successful project completion

  

Technical Service Management:

 

Within the Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS), you will be the main point of contact for SAP's private cloud customers. On a regular basis, you will align with your customers, plan and steer the engagement together with your customer. You will be the customer’s ambassador in the Enterprise Cloud Services organization and help to drive our business in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment:

 

 

Daily screening of customer tickets to be on top of their on-going activities Safeguard the service request execution to make sure requested change is performed on time and according to customer request Coordinate between different teams during incident processing to achieve faster resolution Generate customer facing RCA document and meet the defined timeline Work together with the customer to get top issues/action items implemented timely Regular review of EWA report and provide recommendation to the customer on the red/yellow rated items Support with customer's service plan Carry out regular capacity review Answer customer's questions regarding ECS design, SR related topic and etc. Support sales to delivery meeting for system build
