What you’ll do

Role Overview:

Vodafone Pay is a leading fintech brand in Turkey, offering cutting-edge payment solutions to businesses and consumers. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving commercial growth by identifying new market opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and enhancing existing relationships. This role demands a proactive, data-driven approach to decision-making and a strong understanding of the payment systems and digital financial services landscape.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across multiple industries to expand the Vodafone Pay ecosystem.

• Identify and develop new revenue streams by leveraging market research and customer insights.

• Lead business development initiatives in payment systems, e-commerce, and emerging digital financial solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with market needs and customer expectations.

• Conduct competitive and market analyses to anticipate trends and define growth strategies.

• Develop and present business proposals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Drive negotiation processes to achieve win-win outcomes with partners and stakeholders.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or a related field (MBA is a strong plus).

• Proven experience in business development or partnerships within the fintech, payment systems, or e-commerce sectors.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify opportunities and create actionable plans.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end projects in a dynamic environment.

• A data-driven mindset with proficiency in business intelligence tools and financial modeling.

• Fluency in both Turkish and English.
