Your Impact:

Must have experience with call flows, hunt groups and phone number ports in and out of carriersMay lead small teams of technical contributors, providing direction, guidance and coaching for the resolution of complex problems or advancement of technical initiativesCreates and maintains technical documents and plans for solutions and standard operating procedures such that services are delivered in an efficient and effective mannerWorks closely with Network Services team to ensure proper integration with networking infrastructureDemonstrate knowledge and make recommendations on security standards and practicesProvides subject leadership for the design, engineering, implementation and management of enterprise voice solutions with high reliability and availabilityStrong customer service skills and the ability to work closely with customers, peers and managementExpert knowledge of voice protocols and codecs - SIP, MGCP, SCCP, g711, g729, etcExpert knowledge of QoS for VoIPWorks independently and exercises reasonable judgment with little supervision while providing clear documentation of activities and accomplishmentsIsolates and corrects problems with speed and accuracy while escalating when additional resources are needed or management escalation is requiredProvides strategic technical direction, roadmap design, installation, and configuration of all IP-based telephone systems/services

                                              

Successful Candidates Will Have:

3-5 years minimum of experience with Mitel platform, network implementations, diagramming, code updating and firmware patching, project planning, and management of third party vendorsExperience with monitoring tools and setupVoice technology experience within house PBX and hosted PBX systems.Experience managing voice and data circuit installs.Ability to work independently and as part of the teamGood Communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAble to plan and prioritize and work with the business sideBS or MS degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or related field.
