ABC \#LI-DD1 **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level Voice Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting voice infrastructure within an enterprise IT environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals on secure and non-secure communications systems. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor s degree in Engineering (any discipline) + Strong interest in voice technologies and enterprise communications + Willingness to learn and support various aspects of voice system engineering + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills **Preferred (but not required):** + Familiarity or coursework in telecommunications, VoIP, or network engineering + Exposure to secure communications technologies or call center platforms **Responsibilities:** As a Voice Engineer, you will receive training and support to perform tasks such as: + Assisting in the design, testing, and deployment of new voice infrastructure + Supporting implementation of next-generation voice technologies + Participating in the system security accreditation process + Providing certificate management support for secure systems + Assisting with system upgrades, patching, and configuration + Supporting new site voice system standups + Providing Tier 4 engineering support under supervision + Supporting call center technology deployments, user training, and transition planning + Contributing to call routing and trunking design within enterprise voice platforms + Attending meetings with internal teams and clients to gather and understand voice system requirements + Monitoring compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures + Collaborating with network and telecom engineering teams on system integration activities + Gaining hands-on experience with secure voice devices (e.g., VoIP phones, STEs, Viper) and infrastructure components (e.g., PBXs, encryption devices, call management servers) + Learning and supporting platforms such as Skype for Business, Avaya Communication Manager, and other enterprise call center technologies This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates seeking to launch their careers in a mission-focused, growth-oriented environment. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** Preferred experience, but not required: + Linux + SIP signaling and call flows + Secure Real-Time Transport Protocol + SIP + TCP/IP + H.323 + DNS + DHCP + RTP Preferred certifications, but not required: + MCSE certification + A certification + Network certification + CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, CCIE, HP, MCSE, CCVP, CCDP, CATE, R&S + Cisco Voice certifications + Juniper certifications **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $77809 - $132275 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
