Responsibilities:
Accountable for installing, maintaining, and monitoring of all telecommunication systems at Community Medical Centers. Provides technical information and documentation relating to the equipment and associated costs. Assists with technical design documentation for Community Medical Centers telecommunication systems, network cabling infrastructure, and distribution facilities. Assists Project Managers, Facilities, and Telecommunication Engineers in the planning and design of various telecommunication projects and systems. Assists customers with the use of telecommunications equipment.
Qualifications:Education: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field required• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for Bachelor's Degree requirement Experience:• 2 years of telecommunication field and application experience supporting various PBX systems and MDF/IDF/SMDF environments (preferably in a large hospital environment) required• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Network VOIP monitoring applications, Cisco Collaboration applications, and Telephony integrated applications requiredDisclaimer:• Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.
