VOIP Network Engineer(onsite)

Location : Redlands, CA ( 100% Onsite role )

Required Skills: 5+ years IT experience in the field of VOIP/ IP telephony. 5+ years experience in Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager (CUCM). 5+ years experience in Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection (CUC). 3+ Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) / Cisco Jabber. 3+ years experience in Cisco Contact Center UCCX or UCCE. 3+ years experience with Cisco Webex Cloud technology WxC and WxCC. Experience with Calabrio Call recording. Experience with Voice IOS Gateways with H.323, MGCP. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Interpret business objectives and translate into technical requirements for network design and implementation. Design/Architect resilient, fault tolerant, network architectures that provide a stable and consistent business experience. Design/Architect networks with security standard methodologies and implementing proper segmentation for various applications and uses. Install, configure, deploy, and validate, LAN, WAN, WLAN, and security designs. Maintain and operate firewall policies and NAC policies to ensure standard processes and proper network segmentation. Develop and leverage network automation to drive efficiency and standardization. Create and maintain network documentation. Configure and maintain network monitoring tools. Experience of network engineering in medium to large enterprises

Bachelor's degree in relevant major such as Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information systems, etc.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 9/30/2024. The annual salary for this position is between 99,000 to 133,500 Base depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
