Abacus Technology is seeking a VoIP Technician to provide technical support for telephone systems at Tinker AFB.  This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 VoIP telephony systems support for Tinker AFB.Operate and maintain database, configuration, and system updates for analog and VoIP telephone systems.Provide support for phone activation and deactivation; moves or location changes; PIN resets; Caller ID updates/changes; and voicemail setup or updates.Support configuration database updates in CUCM/TMS/E911. Qualifications

2+ years experience supporting VoIP and analog telephone systems.  Must be Security+ CE certified.  Experience with analog and VoIP telephones and telecommunications systems.  Knowledge of Cisco VoIP solutions.  Experience with a telecommunications management system desired.  Must be motivated, a self-starter and customer oriented with ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment.  Effective interpersonal and communication skills.  Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
