We are working with the largest ortho-focused dental support organization that is headquartered in Dallas, TX. This company has the fastest growing network of award-winning orthodontists that they work with. They are looking to hire a Telecom Systems Administrator to join their team on a contract to hire basis.

Right now, they are looking for an engineer who is skilled with VoIP and Windows technologies. Ideally, they are, trying to find someone who understands tools like G12 Communications, Talk Desk (huge plus), along with O365, Active Directory, and PowerShell for scripting. You will be part of a small team and will wear many hats. You will also help with handling call flow and routing to enhancing/administrating their systems.

This is a contract-to-hire position and will be hybrid 3-4 days onsite in North Dallas.

Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of Systems/Telecom experience Strong understanding of Windows servers Prior experience with Talk Desk, G12, Contact Center, etc. Solid exposure to Active Director, Group Policies, O365, and/or PowerShell. Ability to work fast-paced environment.
