Schedule: Full-Time-5 days a week/8 hour each shift.
Competitive pay - Flat Rate Range of $28-$35 with tiered incentive bonuses! Opportunity to flag between 250-350 hours per month!

Who is our ideal candidate?
At least 3 years professional experience in a dealership setting as a technician-Required.
Comprehensive Knowledge of Volkswagen Vehicles: Deep understanding of Volkswagen's models, systems, and technologies, including both current and previous generations of cars. This should include engine types, electrical systems, drivetrain components, diagnostics, and infotainment systems.
ASE certifications (Vw preferred)
Desire to improve constantly and be a true team player.
Customer-focused and results oriented.
Comfortable with technology and learning new software.
Familiar with MyKaarma ,CDK, and proficiency with VW's software management systems is preferred but not required as long as you are willing to learn.
Valid driver’s license with clean, insurable driving record.
