Key job responsibilities - Drive integration of the end to end (E2E) supply chain change management processes to deliver for internal & external customers. - Lead network-wide projects and high-volume event planning and post-mortem. - Work across the NA organization in a cross-functional environment with the forecasting teams, Fulfillment Centers, Sort Centers, Delivery Stations and Technology teams - Foster communication channels and collaboration with the different Supply Chain execution and Long-Term Planning teams - Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce non-value added work - Develop standard planning process mechanisms for all AMXL planning cycles to document assumptions and initiatives that need to be executed to meet the plan, and organize a tracking mechanisms to follow initiative statuses. - Monitor quality of the network initiatives implementation, monitor progress of initiatives and make changes to the plan to reflect in the latest quarterly guidance - Actively seek collaboration & standardization of cadences/processes across business lines geographies - Own planning long & short term forecast for Delivery stations at cycle level. Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of program or project management experience. - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements. - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. - Completed Bachelor Degree. - Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal (C1+) Preferred Qualifications - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
