Job Summary The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, screening, training, maintaining and evaluating volunteers. Essential Functions: Responsible for ensuring volunteers complete the orientation process and meet all compliance standards. Recruit volunteers as directed and in the absence of senior leadership interviews volunteer applicants to assess them, discuss current opportunities and assign them to appropriate positions. Coordinates volunteer processes in cooperation with Leadership by maintaining service guides and Volgistics, handling schedule changes, absence, LOA reporting, annual re-educations, and annual evaluations. Maintains volunteer space by keeping room neat, stocking supplies, and scheduling.
