TOGETHER WE WIN® **THE OPPORTUNITY** Responsible for providing financial, collateral, and trend analysis for the Bank’s ABL credit clients. Keeps apprised of industry related, political and regulatory issues to determine their impact on specific industries or clients. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates. **HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE** + Evaluates ABL credit requests for changes in existing credits. + Prepares both collateral and financial analysis for existing credits including availability calculations and break-even projection analysis. + Responsible for a designated group of ABL portfolio companies, performing both quantitative and qualitative analysis of accounts receivable, inventory, term assets, and accounts payable. + Independently underwrites changes to existing credits and determines appropriate loan structures and covenants to provide early triggers to detect deterioration of credit quality. + Recommends credit actions by preparing the Credit Approval Memorandum (“CAM”) which is reviewed by the Asset Based Lending Leader and submitted to credit administration for a final decision. + Ensures consistency between loan documents and CAM. + Performs independent analysis of third-party reports including collateral audits, appraisals, etc. + Assigns risk ratings according to Bank policy. + Takes lead and reviews work/spreads completed by credit and collateral analysts and provides feedback and guidance. + Provides monthly collateral and financial performance summary for portfolio companies. The employee shall comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations and orders issued pursuant to the OSHA Act of 1970, which are applicable to one’s own actions and conduct. + Performs other duties and projects as assigned. **WHAT YOU’LL BRING** + Bachelor's degree preferred and 7 + years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Expert understanding of financial accounting knowledge. + Financial analysis experience for business financial statements, individual’s financial statements and tax returns. + Knowledge in lending, specifically ABL and collateral analysis.
