The Vice President, ICS Account Management role will help set and drive the Account Management teams’ client retention and growth strategies that meet our Bank and Broker clients and Broadridge’s strategic vision. The role includes responsibilities for multiple product offerings and includes accountability for client and revenue retention and growth through cross and upsell activities to existing clients. The team reporting to the VP, the Account Managers are the key client interface to our primary client contacts and the internal Broadridge business heads and service delivery teams that support the client. The role requires extensive Broadridge, Industry, and product knowledge. Expertise at cross functional interaction, including leadership team members, among product, service, operations, and finance team members is a critical requirement and expectation.
In this role you will:
-need to establish and maintain the strategic aspect of enterprise-wide relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction while also working to identify opportunities for maximum revenue retention, renewal of existing products/services, and up-sell/cross-sell/new sales.
-Identify opportunities for market segment, product, and/or solutions sellers to engage with and further penetrate clients.
-Achieves sales goals through the work of others
-Management responsibilities include performance appraisals, pay reviews, training and development, as well as oversight of sales deals and client relationships
-Job focus is on executing strategy via management of others to impact sales results and achieve business goals
-Provides leadership and direction through other managers
-Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple teams and related disciplines
-Executes functional business plans and contributes to the development of functional strategy
-Decisions are guided by functional strategy and priorities
-Responsible for attaining sales objectives within a large territory, product line, business or market segment. May manage a large part of regional market. Develops territory plans and participates in strategic and tactical planning alongside business leadership and allocates quota based on expected business revenue.

-Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines

-Applies broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance across sub-functions
Leadership:
-Leads through subordinate managers of managers; executes functional business plans and contributes to the development of functional strategy
-Oversees the sales and/or relationship management of the organization's products or services on a national or significantly broad geographic basis.
Problem Solving:
-Directs the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems applying advanced analytical thought and judgment
Impact:
-Guided by functional strategy, impacts results of part of a function, division or region or facilitates the work done by other functions by providing support to impact the business
Interpersonal Skills:
-Negotiates and influences the opinions of others within the business unit and in external organizations; exercises sensitivity to the audience
Salary Range: Base: $200,000 Annual plus bonuses

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
