As a Bond Syndicate Manager you will be successful in helping Rabobank clients navigate the USD capital markets and financing their business

As a syndicate manager you will engage and support the origination, structuring, pricing, execution and management of Debt Capital Markets (DCM) activity, with a focus on USD Investment Grade Public Bonds, including unsecured Corporate bonds, Asset Backed Securities (including Whole Business Securitization), in the marketing regions for Rabobank’s global wholesale offices.

Job Responsibilities

In your role as syndicate manager you will be responsible for Rabo’s bond execution business. You will interface directly with corporate clients, investors, Rabo Securities' trading and sales officers and other internal advisory and product groups. You will enhance Rabobank's ability to pitch, structure, price and execute bond (corporate, ABS and WBS) mandates for issuer clients. Rabobank's clients are primarily companies in the food/beverage and agri-business related sectors (“F&A”).

Your Promise to Us:

To be considered for the Bond Syndicate Manager role, you must have:

6+ years of experience in a bond syndicate desk role

Executed or supported execution of corporate bond and/or ABS and WBS transactions

Strong communication skills

Multitasker

Strong knowledge of fixed income markets

Ability to travel regionally, up to 35%

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $140,000.00 - $230,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
