Position Summary:

The Commercial Product Specialist is responsible for the entire lifecycle of the commercial card implementation from program post-sale to successful transition to account management. The candidate should be well educated on the various product offerings including the corporate travel card, the corporate purchasing card and the accounts payable card (Buyer Initiated Payments and Supplier Initiated Payment solutions).

Responsibilities include:

Manage and coordinate complex, customized Commercial Card client implementations involving a wide range of commercial card products according to instructions from sales staff and established service level agreements.Responsible for independently assessing clients' needs, processing product enrollment and service specificationsParticipate in pre-sales meetings with prospects and clients, serving as a resource to describe and demonstrate the capabilities of the different card programs.Guide all aspects of implementations with the sales team covering documentation, specific product/service implementation, end-to-end testing of products and files, report requirements, user training and service, with a heavy emphasis on prioritization and analysis of tasks.Ensure a quality and timely implementation in accordance with client requirements and time scales, focusing on exceeding client expectations every time.Assist client with revisions to internal policies and procedures to help drive program compliance.Arrange post-implementation reviews ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Identify, define, address and resolve any service delivery issues that arise during implementation on a proactive basis.Establish and develop close working relationships with all colleagues, particularly Commercial Card sales, technical solutions, product management, operational areas and personnel in other global centers to facilitate smooth and timely implementations.Attend client site visits and manage and deliver on-site implementation presentation when needed. Provide customer feedback to Product Management to increase business and enhance existing products. Identify and implement process improvements that streamline procedures, produce expanded implementation efficiencies and enhance the domestic and global customer experience.Provide post-implementation operational and customer service support and manage the transition of each client to Client Services in a timely manner.Actively ensure compliance with the Bank's Business Standards of Conduct and all Patriot Act, CIP, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, and other regulatory and compliance policies and procedures.Actively participate in any required corporate and business line Compliance Training. Follow account opening procedures and understand and follow internal suspicious activity referral requirements and processes, as required for this position. Actively work with customers to understand each customer's normal account activity, as appropriate for this position.

Qualifications:

Typically requires a degree from a four-year college (e.g., B.A., B.S.) and a minimum of five years of technical experience. Familiarity with corporate ERP systems, purchase requisition systems, receiving and payable and general ledger accounting systems.Superior customer servicing and consulting skills. Preferred experience in a corporate purchasing, account payable or card implementation department a plus.An understanding of market-leading services to conduct Web or wireless credit card payments as well as electronic data reporting is desired.PC skills to include Microsoft, PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent ability to multi-task and management to strict deadlines is required.Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills.Relevant professional certifications such as the CTP or NAPCP are also a plus.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $115K - $125K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
