$120,000.00/Yr. - $140,000.00/Yr.Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

About This Job
The VP, Commercial Change Management will lead and manage strategic change initiatives in the Commercial organization's lending and credit areas. This role is focused on implementing business transformations, system upgrades, process improvements, and regulatory changes. The VP will collaborate with leadership, operations, credit, portfolio management and servicing to drive organizational changes and integrate new practices and technologies.Responsibilities:
Lead change management strategies specific to commercial lending and credit functionsCollaborate with senior leadership to align transformation efforts with business goalsIdentify and implement process improvements across the lending and credit lifecycleOversee the design and deployment of new systems to improve efficiency and customer experienceWork with leaders in lending, credit risk, operations, compliance, and IT to ensure smooth execution of change initiativesBuild relationships with stakeholders to ensure communication and address concernsEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies in change management effortsCollaborate with compliance and risk teams to incorporate emerging risks into strategiesDevelop communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engagedLead training programs to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processesEstablish KPIs to assess the effectiveness of change management effortsMonitor progress, adjust strategies, and leverage feedback for improvementsQualifications:
Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)Relevant certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)8+ years in change management or process improvement, with at least 5 years in commercial lending or creditExpertise in lending and credit processes, including underwriting, risk management, and collectionsProven experience in leading large-scale change initiatives in regulated industriesExperience with digital transformation in lending and credit services is a plusFamiliarity with agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making preferredAxos Employee Benefits May Include:
