This position involves the supervision, direction, guidance and day-to-day management of a specialized team of Credit Analysts, Associates, or AVPs with a focus on providing a high level of loan surveillance support to internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a strong command of CRE loan servicing and asset management protocols as it relates to most CRE property types with the ability to operate autonomously. The incumbent should demonstrate experience successfully managing multiple loan administration functions, redesigning processes, and optimizing workflow using process improvement methodologies.Essential Job Functions:
Lead and oversee a team assigned to perform financial analysis, construction draw reviews, loan covenant monitoring and other credit functions related to asset management.Monitor workflow of assigned team members to ensure optimal utilization.Develop and monitor processes, best practices, and key performance indicators; review and approve procedures related to operations in Credit Analysis Manage research requests, supporting asset management and servicing teams in addressing borrowers, investors, or 3rd party inquiries.Train and develop new team members and serve as a subject matter expert on deliverables.Perform review of servicing agreements, loan agreements and/or commitment letters to align team deliverables with servicing requirements. Analyze and interpret legal documents associated with loan servicing.Represent Situs in resolving non-compliant issues through verbal and written communication with both internal and external stakeholders.Periodically evaluate resources to ensure that specific goals and deadlines are achievable.Perform QC on completed product and communicate results to team members.Stay current on changes in industry standards.Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager.Qualifications/ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred; Preferred Field of Study: real estate, finance/accounting, business or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 8+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in a Senior Associate/Assistant Vice President level role or external equivalent.Demonstrated experience in commercial real estate, loan servicing, and credit/financial analysis.Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.Proficiency in use of various industry-related software systems.Strong attention to detail and accuracyHigh degree of professionalismAbility to work as a team playerPro-active approach to problem recognition and resolutionAbility to oversee the work of others in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.#LI-MS1

The annual full time base salary range for this role is
$95,000.00 - $145,000.00Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
