About the role: The Vice President (VP) of Data Strategy Effectiveness will be responsible for leading the development, execution, and optimization of the company’s strategic initiatives and operational efficiency. This leader will work closely with senior leadership to shape the company’s long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, and will oversee efforts to improve operational effectiveness across all functions. The role will require a strong focus on driving innovation, improving business processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree is highly preferred.15+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or management consultingProven track record of driving organizational change and delivering measurable improvements in operational performance.Extensive experience in strategic planning, financial oversight, and process optimization.Preferred Experience:
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex strategies to stakeholders.Expertise in change management and driving business transformation.Deep understanding of operational metrics and performance improvement strategies.Work-life balance is at the foundation of how decisions are made and where Premise is headed. For individuals living in California, Colorado, Illinois, Washington; as well as, for individuals living in or reporting to New York State only, Premise Health is required to include an estimate of the salary and benefits for this role. While a number of factors influence salary, our estimated California, Colorado, Washington and New York State compensation is $150,000 - $225,000 with eligible bonus opportunity.
