VP, Digital Marketing Manager – Mortgage Acquisitions
**Responsibilities:** + Partner with internal teams and 3rd party media and creative agencies to drive consistency across Citi’s campaign tracking instrumentation for site and other business analytics. + Help develop digital and cutting-edge elements to existing and new Marketing Campaigns. Including driving online response and enhancing customer digital experience. + Develop site solution designs, and specifications documents, for all Citi’s paid digital campaigns, defining site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) measurement and instrumentation. + Collaborate with business partners to execute campaigns/initiatives that drive scalable growth and greater customer engagement across all digital channels + Work closely with analytic partners to understand key drivers, make decisions and recommendations based on analytics. + Identify and manage issues to resolution. + Assist with monthly budget reconciliation and marketing invoice processing to ensure proper vendor execution. + Manage internal legal, creative, and fair lending reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns. + Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. **Qualifications:** + 6-10 years experience in media, marketing, or advertising on the client or agency side. + Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, good communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills. + Experience using data-driven media tactics, including advanced targeting models, measurement and learning plans, making optimizations based on data. + 5+ years experience with search engine marketing campaigns (e.g., keyword governance, ad copy creation, audience targeting). + Knowledge of statistical modeling and analysis + Knowledge of the mobile advertising space and measurement strategies + Knowledge of paid media ad tech tools (Ad Server, Deal Manager Portal (DMP), Demand side Platform (DSP), Adobe Analytics etc) + 5+ years experience with site analytics, tagging, and CMS management + Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once. + Creative problem solving and sense of ownership. + Solid communication, presentation and project management skills. + Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. **Education:** + Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
