**Vice President, Enterprise Architecture**

Are you a strategic technology leader ready to architect the future of a dynamic enterprise? As the **Vice President of Enterprise Architecture** , you’ll be at the forefront of innovation—bridging business strategy with cutting-edge technology to drive digital transformation across the organization. This role will work closely with key stakeholders to shape technology direction and deliver scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise solutions across critical work streams.
**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**
Lead Strategic Planning and Innovation
+ Craft and execute a visionary enterprise architecture strategy that aligns with long-term business goals.
+ Build and evolve a future-ready IT roadmap that supports growth, agility, and innovation.
+ Scout and evaluate emerging technologies, turning trends into transformative opportunities.
+ Architect solutions across ERP, Data & Analytics, Digital Applications, and Infrastructure that fuel enterprise-wide success.
Architect with Purpose
+ Design and maintain comprehensive architecture models—business, data, application, and technology architectures.
+ Establish and champion architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
+ Oversee architecture development and integration within ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics, Oracle), Data & Analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI), Digital Applications (e.g., Adobe), and IT Infrastructure (e.g., cloud platforms, networking).
Inspire and Collaborate
+ Partner with senior business leaders to translate strategic needs into impactful technical solutions.
+ Lead and mentor a high-performing team of architects and specialists across multiple domains.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor and bridge between IT and business, ensuring alignment and shared success on the execution of key initiatives, including ERP implementations, data modernization, digital transformation projects, and infrastructure upgrades.
Govern with Confidence
+ Implement robust governance policies to manage architectural change and mitigate risk.
+ Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards across all systems and platforms.
+ Drive resilience, efficiency, and protection across digital delivery and infrastructure.
+ Maintain oversight of risk management practices within key work streams, particularly focusing on data protection, digital delivery efficiency, and system resiliency.
Measure What Matters
+ Monitor and report on the performance of architectural initiatives and enterprise systems.
+ Deliver compelling insights and updates to executive leadership on progress, impact, and ROI.
+ Track success metrics across ERP optimization, data integrity, digital transformation, and infrastructure performance.
**What You Bring**
+ Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
+ Experience: 10+ years in IT architecture strategy, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
+ Expertise: Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, ERP systems, analytics platforms, cloud technologies, and digital applications.
+ Skills:
+ Visionary leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for innovation.
+ Familiarity with IT governance, compliance frameworks, and modern application architectures.
+ Establish and enforce governance policies to manage architectural changes and risks.
+ Ensure data security and regulatory compliance throughout the architecture lifecycle.
The anticipated pay range for this position is $220,400 – $374,500 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
