Architect with Purpose + Design and maintain comprehensive architecture models—business, data, application, and technology architectures. + Establish and champion architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks. + Oversee architecture development and integration within ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics, Oracle), Data & Analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI), Digital Applications (e.g., Adobe), and IT Infrastructure (e.g., cloud platforms, networking). Measure What Matters + Monitor and report on the performance of architectural initiatives and enterprise systems. + Deliver compelling insights and updates to executive leadership on progress, impact, and ROI. + Track success metrics across ERP optimization, data integrity, digital transformation, and infrastructure performance. **What You Bring** + Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field. + Experience: 10+ years in IT architecture strategy, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role. + Expertise: Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, ERP systems, analytics platforms, cloud technologies, and digital applications. + Skills: + Visionary leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for innovation. + Familiarity with IT governance, compliance frameworks, and modern application architectures. + Establish and enforce governance policies to manage architectural changes and risks. + Ensure data security and regulatory compliance throughout the architecture lifecycle. The anticipated pay range for this position is $220,400 – $374,500 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
