Summary
Manages P&L for the medical supplies business in assigned region. Leads strategy, full product portfolio, pricing, E-commerce. Serves as key contributor for distribution and sales of finished goods, managing top-line and below-the-line impact (not including manufacturing costs).
Core Responsibilities
Serves as commercial lead for assigned region (company-wide, geographic region, etc.). Manages business to meet top-line objectives in a dynamic and highly diverse market environment. Manages assigned region’s Product Management team, holding P&L accountability for numerous lines of business.Manages assigned region’s Marketing Services & E-Commerce team, managing the development and execution of communication strategies, demand generation, and e-commerce sales across multiple online platforms.Manages assigned region’s Pricing & Contracting team, overseeing the support and execution of complex pricing, contracting, rebate, and chargeback strategies between marketing, sales and customers.Manages assigned region’s sales team, navigating both direct and distributor sales models throughout the region.Designs and executes a regional commercial strategy, including looking to prioritize markets/products/services based on growth opportunities.Attracts, retains, and develops highly effective talent within region, aligning team to execute business strategy and deliver expected results.Enhances commercial capabilities, driving customer centric strategies/tactics, and designing optimum go to market strategies.Oversees market development and/or geographical expansion in key areas.Aggressively grows the business in assigned region and increases market share by utilizing growth strategies with a targeted mix of short/long-term bets.Strategically launches and prices new products, balancing objectives of increasing revenue, share, and margin.Rigorously prioritizes markets for investment to meet business strategy, accounting for unique market complexities. Assesses M&A opportunities for the business with the Business Development team.Navigates complex and highly differentiated regulatory environments of countries within assigned region, ensuring seamless transition between supply chain and markets.Strategically builds the company’s brand in diverse markets, positioning the brand and pricing to grow share without compromising margin.Represents the business within the region to internal and external stakeholders.Partners cross-functionally with relevant teams (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, Regulatory, etc.) to drive overall strategies for Healthcare in supplies. Serves as the company’s regional representative for HC when needed. Co-manages relationships with various government agencies, customers, and distributors.Demonstrates leadership and commitment with respect to the quality and environmental management system.Performs additional duties as directed.Qualifying Experience
