The VP, Global Merchant & Network Services Group - Financial Planning & Analysis will lead a ~25 person global team responsible for overseeing the Financial Results, Planning & Analysis processes for Global Merchant & Network Services (GMNS) business. The VP will report to Simran Sekhri, VP – BU FP&A, within the Corporate Planning & Analysis (CP&A) organization. The BU FP&A team partners with the LFO teams and CP&A to execute the Company’s management reporting, planning & forecasting, and investments processes across business lines, while driving transformation of processes and capabilities and creating efficiency. The VP will own the relationship between CP&A and the GMNS LFO organization, as well as spearhead a new Analytical COE in India.
**Responsibilities Include:**
+ Partner with the LFO team to help GMNS deliver on its financial targets
+ Lead a team of professionals in New York and Gurgaon, including an analytical COE in India
+ FP&A process ownership for GMNS including:
+ Analyze, prepare and communicate Results, Plans and Outlook to Senior Leadership and Finance business partners
+ Ensure integrity of management P&L for internal and external reporting
+ Manage Annual Plan and LRP Processes and timelines
+ Drive a transformation agenda to improve processes through automation, streamlining and adoption of tools and capabilities
+ Drive profitability analytics and build linkages with the P&L to enhance insights
**Qualifications:**
+ Experience in leading a global financial planning & analysis function, or related function
+ Detailed knowledge of financial planning, card economics and lending economics
+ Demonstrated excellence in leadership. Experience in leading diverse, highly skilled, global teams; ability to develop and inspire others through coaching, feedback & recognition
+ Experience in driving transformational change and driving insightful analytics– setting organizational objectives, collaborating and influencing constituents, and building and inspiring teams
+ Superior problem-solving, and analytical skills, ability to handle complex data sets, drive insights, strong learning agility and willingness to embrace new challenges
+ Outstanding written and verbal communications skills, capable of synthesizing complex information, communicating key messages and influencing senior management.
+ Strong relationship leader with ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries. Adept at balancing priorities and customers to manage tight deadlines.
+ Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree or professional certification preferred, 10 years or more relevant work experience
**Qualifications**
Salary Range: $185,000.00 to $260,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
